The first step: rough grinding
In the rough grinding, we asked the Diamond Polishing Pads to have a deeper knife and a higher grinding efficiency. The grinding lines are thicker and the ground surface is rougher. The main role in the first step is to clarify the traces of the saw blade left by the marble in the previous process and to grind the flat surface of the stone in place.
The second step: fine grinding
The pattern, grain, color, etc. of the finely ground marble surface have been clearly shown, and the surface is finer and smoother, and the finely ground marble begins to have a weak gloss.
The third step: further fine grinding
The polished marble face has no visible marks, and the surface will be smoother and smoother, with a maximum of 55 degrees.
The fourth step: Polishing
After we have done the first few steps, we use a marble-specific polishing machine to grind the marble from 50-3000 grit stone water-grinding pieces from coarse to fine, so that the ground is bright and flat, after polishing and grinding. The marble surface is very bright, and the marble’s lightness can reach more than 85 degrees.
